Your Responsibilities Will Include
Developing standards, systems and processes for content creation and publishing, in accordance to internal practices and company policy
Understanding client requirements for existing and upcoming projects, and drafting guidelines, style guides, and other material to prepare for the execution stage
Ensuring content consistency (quality) in terms of guidelines, grammar punctuation, and other factors like Search Engine Optimization (keywords, hyperlinks) for the content to be publish-ready
Supervising a team of junior editors, content writers, scheduling managers, and interns, and ensuring that internal targets are consistently met
Overseeing the execution of the content project, from title creation to writing, editing, and publishing
- Assisting in employee hiring by reviewing applicant samples and planning bootcamps and interviews

Skills We’re Looking For
- Strong and efficient proofreading, paraphrasing skills
- Excellent English (spoken and written)
- A keen eye for detail
- Background of internet publishing/content writing (preferred but not required, will be trained)
- Startup and entrepreneurial drive
- The ability to down a pint of beer in 5 seconds
