Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Developing standards, systems and processes for content creation and publishing, in accordance to internal practices and company policy

  • Understanding client requirements for existing and upcoming projects, and drafting guidelines, style guides, and other material to prepare for the execution stage

  • Ensuring content consistency (quality) in terms of guidelines, grammar punctuation, and other factors like Search Engine Optimization (keywords, hyperlinks) for the content to be publish-ready

  • Supervising a team of junior editors, content writers, scheduling managers, and interns, and ensuring that internal targets are consistently met

  • Overseeing the execution of the content project, from title creation to writing, editing, and publishing

  • Assisting in employee hiring by reviewing applicant samples and planning bootcamps and interviews

  • Strong and efficient proofreading, paraphrasing skills
